To make changing your password easier and more secure, please follow the steps below:
To update your password, you'll need at least 2 types of verification:
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Mobile number
Email
If you’ve already set up two of these, just complete the verification process, and then you can go ahead and create your new password.
Steps:
Click on your Avatar (profile picture) > Global Settings:
2. Click on Security:
3. On this page, you can check if your 2FA, email, or phone is verified. If any of them aren’t verified, please go ahead and enable/verify them. If everything is set up, simply click on the "Change Password" option to proceed.
Please note: You can only change your password if you have the extra security measures mentioned above.
For security reasons, withdrawals will be restricted for 24 hours after you change your password. For more details, check out this article Restrictions-after-password-changes.
