Submit a Ticket (INR Withdrawal)

If your INR withdrawal has not been completed within the standard processing time, you may need to submit a ticket to request further assistance. By providing the required payment proof, the merchant can help verify and resolve your transaction efficiently.


To submit a ticket for your INR withdrawal, please follow the steps below:

1. Click on your profile icon.

2. Navigate to Transaction.

3. Navigate to Withdrawal.

4. Select the relevant order.

5. Once you have selected the order, click Create a Ticket and submit your payment proof.


Payment Proof Requirements:

1. Bank statement in PDF format.

2. File password (if any).

After submitting your INR withdrawal ticket, please allow some time for the merchant to complete the verification. We will notify you once there is an update. Thank you for your cooperation!
