When completing your KYC verification, it’s important to ensure that all required documents are submitted correctly. Below are some common reasons why Basic or Advanced KYC verification might fail, along with tips on how to avoid these issues.

Basic KYC Verification Requirements

1. Upload the front and back of your ID card

  • Ensure that both sides of your ID card are uploaded.

  • The images must be complete, clear, and not blurred.

  • The ID card must be fully visible, with no parts obscured or covered.

2. Selfie verification

A selfie of the original user is required, showing different angles:

  • Front view

  • Right side

  • Left side

  • Head tilted up

  • Head tilted down

Make sure your face is clearly visible in all required positions.

Advanced KYC Verification Requirements

For Advanced KYC, you must provide a valid proof of address. The document should meet the following criteria:

  • Accepted documents include:

  • Utility bill

  • Bank or credit card statement

  • Tax invoice

  • Government-issued residential statement or certificate

  • The document must be issued within the last 3 months.

  • It should clearly display your full name and address.

Additional Troubleshooting

  • Facial verification issue

If the facial verification cannot access your camera, please go to your device’s Settings and enable camera permissions for the verification process.

Region-Specific Restrictions

1. Unsupported countries

KYC verification is currently not supported for the following countries:

  • United Kingdom

  • Netherlands

  • Curaçao

  • North Korea

  • China

  • Hong Kong

  • Macau

  • Taiwan

2. Myanmar-specific requirement

  • For users in Myanmar, only a passport is accepted for KYC verification.

3. Iran

  • Unfortunately, users from Iran are currently unable to pass KYC.

Final Tips

  • Double-check that all documents meet the listed requirements before submission.

  • Ensure your uploaded files are in high resolution and clearly show all required information.

  • If your verification fails, review the above reasons and correct any issues before resubmitting.

By following these guidelines, you can help ensure a smooth and successful KYC verification process. If you still experience issues, feel free to contact support for further assistance.
