For a smooth KYC verification process, ensure all required documents are submitted correctly. Below are common reasons for Basic or Advanced KYC verification failures and tips to avoid them.

Basic KYC Verification Requirements

  1. Upload the front and back of your ID card

    • Ensure both sides are uploaded.

    • The images must be clear, complete, and not blurred.

    • The entire ID must be visible without any obstructions.

  2. Photograph verification

    • A photograph of the original user is required from multiple angles:

      • Front view

      • Right side

      • Left side

      • Head tilted up

      • Head tilted down

    • Ensure your face is clearly visible and not blurred out in any of the positions noted above.


Advanced KYC Verification Requirements

For Advanced KYC, a valid proof of address is required. Ensure the document meets the following criteria:

  • Accepted documents:

    • Utility bill

    • Bank or credit card statement

    • Tax invoice

    • Government-issued residential statement or certificate

  • Requirements:

    • Must be issued within the last 3 months.

    • Should clearly display your full name and address.
