Having Trouble Receiving Our Emails via NAVER? Here's How to Fix It

Some of our Korean customers using NAVER email have reported not receiving important messages from us. The good news is—we’ve found a solution! By adjusting a few email settings, you can ensure our messages are delivered straight to your inbox without a hitch. Here’s what we recommend:

1. Update Your Spam Settings

  • Go to your NAVER email settings menu.

  • Navigate to the “Spam Settings” section and open the “Allow/Block” tab.

  • In the safe list section, add the following addresses:
    - bcgame.ad
    - [email protected]
    - [email protected]

  • Click the Save button at the bottom.

2. Disable Automatic Mail Sorting

  • Go to the reconciliation settings menu.

  • Open the “Smart Mailbox Setting” section.

  • Disable the Smart Mailbox option.

  • Click the Save button to apply changes.

Once you've completed these steps, our emails should start appearing in your main inbox as expected. If you still experience issues, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team.
