This error message is displayed when your account is blocked/restricted. As explicitly stated in our User Agreement, all individuals are allowed one account each. Every player must acknowledge that they understand this requirement prior to successfully registering an account on BC.Game.
Our risk management team does timely sweeps to weed out such accounts that have been linked to one or more additional accounts on BC.Game. As a result, all accounts in breach of our User Agreement gets terminated and permanently blocked.
Please note that this applies to all past, present and future BC.Game accounts that we find/will find to be in your control/possession. We take such issues seriously due to past abuse we’ve experienced from multi-account users.

If you think this is an error and your account access is wrongly restricted, please send us an email from your registered email id with these details: your username, your common IP address, your deposit record and a screenshot of the verification email sent to your email id, and send these details to support@bc.game with the subject line “Account Risk”. Kindly post the screenshots of this email to help.bc.game and we will start the review process.
